A clinical decision support tool to predict survival in cancer patients beyond 120 days after palliative chemotherapy.

Requirements

The latest version of Java JRE (version 6) is recommended.


Usage

Download it from here. Unzip the files to any directory. Launch the software by double-clicking on the PaDEL-Survival.jar file or using "java -jar PaDEL-Survival.jar" without the double quotes.

Enter all the five patient's attributes. Click on the Run button to perform the prediction. The predicted results will be shown in the Results section of the tool.

Note that numbers in brackets besides the attribute's input indicate the range of attribute values seen in the patient population used to develop the model. If any of your patient's attributes is outside the range, this tool may not be suitable for predicting the survival of your patient.
